Delivery Information...

All of our item descriptions state the normal period of time in which that item will be dispatched. In most cases this is 2 working days.

We dispatch the majority of our orders on a 48 hour national courier service. Some exceptionally small items may go by Royal Mail.

Please supply us with an address where there will be someone available to sign for the delivery during the week, between 9am and 5pm. If you are ordering exceptionally large or heavy items, please have facilities available to help unload your order as delivery drivers are usually unaccompanied.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, our couriers will normally leave a card with instructions for you to arrange either a free redelivery or a collection from your local depot. If redeliveries repeatedly fail due to the customer, there may by additional charges for this service.

Saturday deliveries, before 12pm and before 10am deliveries and other special arrangements can also be made on request, subject to availability.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge structure is based on overall order weight and delivery area within the United Kingdom. The delivery charge will be automatically calculated when you go to the checkout.

Delivery Area 1

All addresses in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland fall within Delivery Area 1. Southern Scotland is defined as any Scottish address whose postcode is not included in Delivery Area 2. Please note that we only divide Scotland for delivery purposes due to the distance-related charges imposed by our couriers.

Delivery Area 2

All addresses with the following postcodes fall within Delivery Area 2: AB37-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, DG, FK1-21, HS1-9, IV1-56, KA1-28, KW1-17, KY, ML, PA1-14, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-44, TH and ZE1-3.

Delivery to these postcodes may take 1 day longer than to other mainland UK addresses.

Please note that Delivery Area 2 also includes other offshore UK islands: the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Isle of Wight deliveries run to the same schedule as other mainland UK areas, but deliveries to the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly may take 1-2 days longer.

Delivery Area 3

All addresses in Northern Ireland fall within Delivery Area 3. This is defined by any address with a BT postcode. Delivery to BT postcodes will typically take 2 days longer than to other UK addresses.
